My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were far from ideal, dirty, and uncomfortable, making my stay less enjoyable. The location had potential but was marred by cleanliness issues around the beach area. Service also left much to be desired, with staff seeming more focused on upselling than providing a comfortable stay. On the positive side, the animation team was great, and the pool area maintained a decent ambiance.

The hotel was a mix of pros and cons during our stay. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the overall condition of the place felt quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The beach area was lovely for snorkeling, and we appreciated the great ambiance among the guests from various backgrounds. However, the dining options were rather repetitive and could use variety, and some areas felt neglected when it came to cleanliness.
